We don't have a menu.

Every morning we see what arrives from the sea and our growers, and we design the day's menu around it. If today's best is a tuna, the night revolves around that tuna.

There will always be a ceviche. Not because we're a Peruvian restaurant, but because it's the best way to present a fish.

A night at Piedra

  1. 1

    The catch arrives

Fresh fish and seafood, every morning.

  2. 2

    The menu takes shape

The chef decides the day's courses based on what arrived.

  3. 3

    You sit down

A multi-course experience that never repeats.

  4. 4

    The bar joins in

Pisco, Peruvian infusions, Colombian spirits and fruit.

Sebastián Vega

Chef and creator of Piedra

Sebastián Vega

A Peruvian chef. He created Piedra in Lima as a small fish and seafood restaurant where the dish depends on the product, not on a fixed menu.

He then came to Bogotá and now Medellín with the same idea: cooking local produce with Peruvian technique.

“A restaurant that breathes Colombia, but speaks Peruvian.”

Wood, stone and a terrace under the trees

An unpretentious place for a long dinner, where what matters happens on the plate.
